Where are you located?
We are a US-based company. We print our t-shirts right here in the USA, like all US companies should. We have printers in both Florida and Texas.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax. Orders below $50 ship for $4.99.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email TortoiseTrail2025@Gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey—right to your doorstep.
