Where are you located?
Proudly printed in the USA – because that's how we roll. Every shirt, hoodie, and hat is made to order by our US print partners and shipped straight to your door.
Shipping to the US only. We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax. Orders below $50 ship for $4.99.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items. Return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping isn't refundable. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Damaged or wrong item? Email TortoiseTrail2025@Gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
You bet! Once your order hits the road, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow along. Watch that package make its way right to your doorstep.
