Thank you for shopping with Tortoise Trail Gifts! Here's what to expect once you place your order.

1. Made Just for You
Every item is printed to order by our trusted US print partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During busy seasons like the holidays, this may take a little longer.

2. Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. These are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.

3. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

4. Shipping Rates

• Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax.
• Orders below $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

5. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to start updating.

6. Multiple Packages
Different items may be printed at different facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. You only pay shipping once at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems lost or is seriously delayed, email us at TortoiseTrail2025@Gmail.com with your order number, and we'll help you track it down or file a claim with the carrier.
