Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. -
Shipping Costs

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TortoiseTrail2025@Gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. -
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. -
